Sir,

I want to create new rule for my oragnization/ Transport Rules my domains are under R3 Live@Edu so it do not have New Rule tab under My Organization>Mail Controls. So i want to  create New Rules/Transport Rule using Powershell.

Kindly suggest the way to create New Transport Rule for my domains using Powershell
