I need send files with attachment *.XML. XML is blocked.

You'll need to zip it up, and then send it.

Both OS X on a Mac and Windows since XP have zipping or compressing built-in.

In Windows 7, for example, you right-click the desktop and choose New > Compressed (zipped) Folder. Then drag items into that folder.

Pretty easy!

For a Windows machine(XP or higher), you can also zip up a file simply to right-clicking on the phone and choosing Send To -- Compressed (zipped) folder.  For any Windows machine older than XP, you'd need to get some kind of zip utility like WinZip or WinRar(Please note that we cannot recommend any particular third-party software for zipping up files).
