This is a known issue due to permission and lost and found object. The root containing (Exchange dev users) should be removed from the view shorty. For other dup address list, open a case to get the lost and found object clean out.

Ray, does each school that sees this problem need to open a case, or when it is fixed for one, will it be fixed for all? I see it too in live.skidmore.edu in OL 2007.
If I need to open a case, exactly what should I request to fix this? I don't quite understand if "clean out the lost and found object" will mean anything to the tech receiving the case.

when one clear out the container, it will be for everyone. If you need to open a case, just state the symptoms - YOu have multiple address list.
