One of the users recently changed the phone and synced the new one without problem. She cannot delete the old device from the list.
Any suggestions?

They should be able to go to Mail> Options> Phone > Highlight phone she wants to remove and click delete.

That's what they usually do, but she gets an error saying "the device cannot be found' or something like that. I will confirm what is the exact error she is getting and update the ticket.

Was this issue ever resolved? I am running into the same problem where the Phone is listed but I get an error stating that "the device cannot be found' when attempting to delete or view it.
