I have been unable to connect IMAP from my iPhone all day, is it down?  I have tried everything possible from my end.  I have 2 other accounts sync'd from the same phone and other devices that work.

I can get to my account through OWA and exchange.,

If you can... check and see if one of your friends is having the same issue... that will at least rule out some issue with your phone.  If you need to, you should then use the Support for Outlook Live link at the right side of this page.

Is this a pre-3G iphone? If so, I remember using IMAP before they rolled out EAS support - it was horrible and quite often I would go long stretches without being able to sync mail. However, it wouldnt usually last all day. In the end, all I can say is that IMAP was never designed to be used on flakey cell networks.

I have tried different accounts on the same phone (3Gs), a different iPhone (3g), a WinMobile phone on a different network, none work.

This was working fine with zero issues for a LONG time, and then Thursday morning around 9am PST it just stopped.

all of my troubleshooting points to a server issue, or connectivity to the server is broke...

I will open a ticket as requested.

An interesting thing I found...  I can access any of my other IMAP folders and the phone will pull the data down from the server, it seems it will just not get the INBOX.

Now I wish I could update the ticket I just opened with this data...
